As a premier provider of Lake Villa outpatient mental health services, we strive to keep our care accessible by partnering with a wide range of insurance providers and offering payment solutions for families across Lake County.

Accepted Insurance Providers
We are an in-network provider for many major commercial plans and a dedicated provider for Illinois Medicaid. Please note that individual coverage may vary depending on your specific plan.

- Medicare: We only accept Medicare through Optum, Aetna, and Devoted Health (Managed Care only). We do not accept Medicare provided directly by the US Government.
Self-Pay Rates and Sliding Fee Scale
If you are not using insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates to ensure you can still access affordable counseling services in Lake Villa.
- Initial Diagnostic Appointment: $185
- Annual Mental Health Checkup: $185
- Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $160
- Anger Management Evaluation: $250 (Flat Rate)
- Psychological Testing: $185 for first session and $160 for each hour of testing and scoring
Sliding Fee Scale
We believe financial barriers should not prevent families from receiving high-quality behavioral health services. For qualifying families, we offer a sliding fee scale of $50–$160 per session (up to $185 for the initial session). To be considered, clients must complete a financial interview with our Client Accounts Specialist to determine their exact fee based on household income and circumstances.
Payment Methods & EAPs
We strive to make the payment process as seamless as possible. We accept the following payment methods at the time of service:
- Cash and Checks
- Major Credit Cards
- HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Cards
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
An EAP typically covers a specific number of sessions with no co-payment required from the client. We are currently providers for:
- Cigna EAP
- Optum / UBH / UHC / UMR EAP
